A battery can be tested by means of some wires and bulbs. But it can be tested by means of a blade also. Is it surprising?
How to Test a Dry Cell Battery?
1,Make a coil by winding over a tumbler or any cylindrical objects.
2,Tie the coil at three places and make it to stand perpendicularly to the block of wood.
3,Tie the blade by a thread and hang it at the top part of the coil such that it is parallel to the coil.
4,Connect the ends of the coil to a battery; it will deflect, showing that it has potential in it.
Note:Don't try to send current from main lines.
